There is no word for saying good things about this company

Dislikes

One man control; MD never believe the true employee. Management asking employee working late hours but never pay compensation and always finding way how to stop growth of employee. Intentionally stopping increment. Trying hard to improve business but adamant nature of MD, it was never success. No process of work; office start hour is known but end hour is unknown; simply exploiting the employees; working 4.5 years with same salary whereas other buttering employees are getting good hike on salary part. Efforts taken to stabilize the work environment went vain. So working in this company is simply wasting career life....Read More
