Dear Ms Vinita Jain, I am your well-wisher. Want to highlight the short comings in your Company. 1. Uneducated HR Manager didn’t even know how to talk and behaved with employees. She is so rude and post joining of candidate she never pick up anyone’s calls. 2. The office is in such a place where no transportation is available. No Food/Chai/Coffee facility is available in the office. 3. Company has hired VP sales (Dinesh) who thinks that by reducing the manpower he can give excuse for low sales . Mr VP is thinking of vanishing the brand by taking resignation of all the performers and sincere employees. He is in the company to demotivate the self-driven staff. He is so free to count and check on people having tea/lunch breaks. He is also even noticing that number of time individual is visiting washroom as his cabin is right there. 4. He is so negative about the brand and mentions to each and every employee of sales team that he will be leaving soon and the current month is his last month with Biotique . It seems his motive is to ruin the brand and its image also he is targeting each day to make the life hell of the employees so that they resign after upcoming salary. 5. I came to know that this company has good reputation for building better team works. Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.
