Salary issue and travelling claim issue. Only count that day when you do meeting and credit salary only for those days. No weekly off. If you haven't done meeting any day, for that day forgot your salary. Even sunday also or any weekly off if you have in your mind. Travelling claim only provide on the basis of bill. Only public transport allowed. Don't take share auto if not providing bill. Don't use own money for travelling. If company providing advance then use that. If you use own money for travelling then, you have to chase for that. Your reporting will be not a single person. You have to report 4 person on perday basis....Read More

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
