Extreme politics for not belonging from a Telugu state. Extreme work pressure and work harassment. The HR Team is very much interested in your personal life and have less focus on your work. They give feedback to a fresher who is completely new to their job based on their observation and have no respect to other people....they have no control over their language nor on their behaviour They treat north Indians as aliens and also make fun of their native language... I like to inform you that most of Pharma company is given off on second Saturday in every month,if biological E is also given then employee of biological can give very good time to her family....
