In this company so much of partiality in every team and there is no promotion like for QC or SME, they only promote for direct TL after 7 year. Also in this company if we convey some issues there will be no resolution for employees

There are more team leaders in some teams which is not necessary at all, since it is creating a gap in streamlining the workflows and communication. Team leaders should be aligned with the team’s size, complexity and goals

Some people are biased because they are in the head of department position but not like a leader. They misused their authority and were very biased.

The working environment is excellent, with no work pressure. Br provides a great learning platform.
