The company still follows culture like govt offices, doesn't suit a fast growing startup. Promotions are given based on tenurity, highly short staffed and messy. Worst company to work..give only 3 days of training... where they don't give any information... Manager Tarun and Akshay both are pathetic and Don't know how to talk...they compare themselves with whitehat jr..but doesn't even stand near to it.. whitehat employees don't join here..you will loose both jobs.

no work life balance. Here are some stupid seniors who treat people like dog and dog like people. Recently fired alot of people due to bad financial management, specially Ops and Tech, who worked whole day and night for straight 1 month to make new products(including saturday ) and later while firing some of them, the CEO called the fired people as “low performers” in our team meets.
