Then Bikayi, now bik.ai is a company you should avoid at all costs. Firstly, the CEO is the most immature person in the company who has turned the company into a family business, if you are good at brown nosing then this is the best place for you because you'll be judged on the basis of how much you can please the ceo with words anddo as she says (not in terms of work but just sweet mouth her and agree with whatever she says). There's absolutely no job security today they'll say you're working really good and tomorrow they'll fire you without any prior notice or any PIP. There are like 80-90 people left in the company and most of them because they sweetmouth the ceo and if you're one of those people who knows how to stand up for yourself then just know for a matter of fact that you'll be removed on false basis. Sonakshi Nathani is busy removing people who are asking for a raise when she herself is firing people and burdening you with a 100 tasks. They made a co-working space just to make everyone sit on their desk and not move. Sonakshi Nathani will micro-manage you to that extent that she'll even keep a track of how much time you're spending during lunch. How jobless can a CEO be! There are HRs in the company but just for name sake because they themselves are scared due to lack of job security. Bik.ai is the worst company to work in, you rather be unemployed than work here! In just a period of month working there you'll feel like seeking therapy but the sad part is they won't even pay you enough to take therapy. Your mental health will start declining just by looking at Sonakshi Nathani's face every morning before she even opens her mouth to ruin your day and did I mention how much Sonakshi Nathani is interested in people's personal life. I've worked closely with CEO's in my previous companies but this woman is by far the worst woman to encounter, she'll openly talk about your personal life with the HRs. Also they'll change your department according to their requirements and won't give you no training whatsoever and will expect you to meet their targets or ask you to resign. Nothing as such for like ,first day start selling , they hire 100 people and next week they select only 5 people means you are not secure ,I know sales is always challanging job but here beleive me they are very bad people ,this job is good for who are not getting job anywhere ,I am giving my genuine feedback but it's up to you . All the positive review given by their own ( chaploos) people.

no work life balance. Here are some stupid seniors who treat people like dog and dog like people. Recently fired alot of people due to bad financial management, specially Ops and Tech, who worked whole day and night for straight 1 month to make new products(including saturday ) and later while firing some of them, the CEO called the fired people as “low performers” in our team meets.
