They will teach you how a good lesson in how to sustain in a bad corporate world where you will hear bad words from your customers but still you have to be patient enough bcoz the company has looted all of their money and with that money only they r giving u the salary so just have to keep ur mouth shut and listen to abuses of the client

no work life balance. Here are some stupid seniors who treat people like dog and dog like people. Recently fired alot of people due to bad financial management, specially Ops and Tech, who worked whole day and night for straight 1 month to make new products(including saturday ) and later while firing some of them, the CEO called the fired people as “low performers” in our team meets.
