Salary on time , job security till ur performance good. For students it's best company to work shift are flexible. If good in process will get work from home.

*No ontime support,
*No team play ,team leader only do partiality among agents like why to support other team .
*High call flow for inbound not even a sec gets idel mrng and evng , afternoon Little ideal
*No breaks for food shd ask before 1hour.
* No appraisal
*No rotational weekoff ,it's fixed 1 day and 6 days working and no more changes can be done.
