Better opportunity for individual development & skill development. Compony provide good facilities for all employees. Company policy are good, appraisal are fair and they give good salary hike & bonus every year Proper training given to each employee.

I was working in FNV section. Have lots of pressure from buying and operation team. I was manage Quality of fruits and vegetables. My team was very much support me for company growth. But there is very much low increment after completion one year. Kolkata management not so much beneficial for staff. Regional HR manager have rude behaviour. He did not give any solution for any staff.

Low increment and Management does not support any staff. They are giving only pressure to the Junior staff. Kolkata management is very poor. Having no set duty timing for staff. Kolkata Management staff only getting all facility and they are not looking after for junior staff. Have no office for Quality Controller. I also completed my duty by constantly stand. Internal politics is very much high.

I have been terminated in a day without any prior Notice what should I do ?

Will this recent termination effect my future career? So I have worked with this company its not even been 6 months they terminated me just before completing my probation period 2 days left for my probation to complete they terminated me before that immediately, will I get a relieving letter ? What should I do ? If I dont get relieving letter can I join other companies without relieving letter ? Should I ask them ?
