I didn't find anything which can be praised. From outside it's looking good but inner side totally different.

Company culture is full of politics, they just pass their ball to each other courts. No time for families , generally duty period is 11-12 hours without OT and perks. They give appraisal only to buttering people . They will promote you but salary will remain same.... Overall I will suggest not to join this company . Company is good because of Tata group owning, but management is terrible there is no proper process in warehouse and always pressure.

Dislikes

There are many basic amenities is not provided in warehouse and somebody has to wait 4 hours to attend interview in warehouse and after that also Wh manager is not willing to take interview it's disgusting as applicant.

There is a personal targets from reporting manager. There is no chance to improve new things and no chance to speak also. Completely I felt toxic culture because few Reporting managers having powers and they are Miss using powers by torturing employees just because of personal targets

after the year of 2023 corporate politics are high don't have job security and only politics guys are leading regions, and they are promoting and taking their own team without any reason the old employees were thrown with political games.
