The Bangalore head office team members are good they want to drive company at great level but regional business heads are doing whatever they want. They shout a lot in common forum. The respect is not there. Everyone stands up from chair when RBH walks around. Head office team should stop this practice. RBH has makes the environmentfull of fear for everyone. Employee can not chit chat at all. RBH eats his lunch in his own cabin but rest of the team members eat at common place in non-ac environment.
