Most of the higher management is kind. If you do your work no one questions you.
Dislikes
They can shift from Non-voice to voice process which is annoying. They demand us to work if they get more orders. Ask to clear more number of tickets and ask to maintain around 17 parameters such as aht, quality etc.. The salary is very less and we can rarely see hikes. Just like dailywage ppl they increase 500 to 1000rs per annum....Read More
