Permanent work from home. Quarterly meet-ups are fun. Opportunity to work with very talented people. People are always open to help and collaborate. Good compensation and no variable pay drama. Even the performance bonuses are paid 100% every year. Flexible work timings as long as there are no dependencies.

there's not much to dislike apart from the lack of proper in house training. However, the company is working on it and has recently launched a platform too.
