Great work culture. Had a great experience with Director who is so intelligent. Worked with top Architect firms. I would definitely recommend Samir Bhojwani's office.

Lots of things to dislike. Salary is 15 to 20 days late. The director keeps on forgetting thing. Also, please watch out for the solicitor. Initially, politics is not bad but then gets bad like deletion of files from the server, open paper thrown on face. The director require advocate for taking order and managing court case files. Zero exposure.

Initial experience was good in terms of work satisfaction and salary/appraisals. Salary given on time.

Terrible work culture. No job security, No career growth. Work here if only you have no other option. Start a job hunt from day one after joining this place. Management not one bit interested in the employees. Only interested in their personal growth. Staff is very badly treated. Always criticized, never encouraged. Things going from bad to worse with the new management slowly taking over.

Have Worked closely with Top Management. Very good learning experience and handling UHNI clients.. No pressure, politics and smooth enviorment... Good Management and Great Brand with Amazing Buildings in Mumbai.. Would consider to Rejoin again for thier many future projects pan mumbai..
