This is a very good organisation for learning technical knowledge. Job profiles are also unique. Lot of development projects are there whice give excellent knowledge that how to coordinator your core team, work in tean spirit, decision making, hard working, increase confidence etc.

This is a good company but their working atmosphere is not good. Employees are pressurized for every kind work even they are company or out of company. Work allotment system fron senior is not good. Development projects are mose then regular profitable projects so that company does not achieve their annual turnover.
