Some time reportong managers not tell acheivements of his/her reportees. Teportimg manager not doing his workhe is delegate his work to reportee. I would suggest allow to submit or cc all type of reports/performance a least one level senior person

This Foundation has nice work culture and allows employees to work freely, and there is good support from seniors and employees are motivated and appreciated for their efforts. The organisation supported fully by allowing us to work from home and paid full salary on time.

The only thing which I dislike about foundation is the process of salary appraisal.

Bharti Foundation is non-profit making organisation. It is working in the underprivileged area of different states in India. It provides quality education to the children of the poor section. It helps the young people of our country to acquire sound knowledge of education through different trainings throughout the year.

Dislikes

Sometimes so much co-curricular activities throughout the year hamper the study of the students. Growth of salary of teacher is low!

I have worked 3 year and 11 months in Bharti Foundation. I have faced lots of challenge. Superiors are very supportive. I enjoyed my works as a teacher and HT. Prsonal skills has been developed in Bharti. It also develop modern teaching skills of teacher.
