There is no professional like appraisal parameter, your manager is company owner. Sometime they treat their employee as servant.

HR is unable to understand the balance while recruiting the team. There are some people in those are over qualifier for many position while other are not fit for position.

Lack of Team Spirit, Office Politics, Religion Politics, No work planning at Higher Management Level, Disbursement of Funds for executing work is not on time, In fact the company need employees who say WRONG is RIGHT which is next to impossible for me.
