Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive. Company policies are good.

Work Details

The job is quite responsible and interesting. I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no detailed training session to get familiar with all the processes as they are quite vast. I learnt alot in the job and that helped me alot also.

It's great to work with Bharti Foundation. The culture is very good. Management is very cooperative. There's a lot to learn while working with the organisation.

Dislikes

Can't see any Career growth. Appraisal is very low.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion. I have actually made my decision, I will be joining ICS at technical lead - 37 LPA. They offered a sweet deal that is too good to resist.
