Programs reach, working for Govt school to enhancing the leadership of students specially in rural india.

Politics is there in Middle management. Project head/manager creates groups and their favorite only to promote. Organization not working to enhance the skill set of the employee, innovation and new ideas not even considering. Academic mentors are doing real job but credit always goes to Project head/managers and they get rewards as well. No Job security for Academic mentor level, permanent profile and benefits are only for Project head and above profiles. Expectation are always high from Academic mentor but in return there has no other compensate to them. HR even not consider the harassment issues on series note, they take casually and believe in to replace the employee. FYI: Do not join Delhi Project, till the existing Project head is leading the project. he's not respect the team members, their work and contribution. he disrespect the teammates, and always consider their own buttering peoples. Even after case of ombudsman and mentally harassment by team, organization keeping him because of strong reference is in top level....Read More
