Working here is an amazing experience. Learning new things and making myself more competent is the another advantage of this job. Cooperative team and management. Staff culture and policies are help for employees to stable their career and job opportunities.

Dislikes

Here, growth is slow and job in rural areas is another minor disadvantage of job.

I am working as TGT teacher here. My role is challenging because I have to deal with rural area students and parents who are unaware of education opportunities and necessities.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
