HR of the company is non competitive and the new management which has taken over belives in nepotism of different kind where they have got their old associates and fired the old people from the company who got this company to current levels...now the company is into big loses and there is no growth.

There is no particular system at work and it is not a creative space to learn and grow. Being a product based company, IT has no value. There are no benefits at all. A person with 4 years experience is also an Associate manager and a person with 7 years is also an associate manager. There is no set format and no quality of work. The experience has not been good at all. Have been doing the same thing fir 2.5 years which concludes that there is no growth. There is no motive to learn something good. And most importantly everyone struggles to find a mentor to guide them.

There is no issue w.r.t. Job security. Am a part of a strong team, working with my immediate teammates makes life easy even in times of lockdown.

Dislikes

There is no relaxation on the timelines in lockdown. Even after 6+ months, we are stretching to 10-11hours. No appreciations or motivation even after putting our best. Unable to see any option for my career growth further.

Work Details

The initial 1year was great in terms of learning and getting appreciated for the efforts at work. I get to interact with multiple stakeholders, to exchange knowledge with them. In past 1.5years, there is no motivation but only continuous work.

Company is good but team members are not supportive I joined company as fresher. Thought team will suport but here it is exactly Opposit. No one suport you. No job security. Only old member gets support.
