Good work environment and culture. Appraisal are fare and they give good salary hike. The job is quite interesting and I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session i learnt eyerything on job i got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within same session. And i enjoy alot my work tenor.
