Culture, job security and environment is very poor, huge politics, no value of hard worker, they just need chapluse kind of people. No one to listen If you are new, no matter what everyone is there to push you down.

One of the worst cultures of any company I have worked for. There is lots of politics and if you dont be a slave to your boss they will make your job conditions so bad that eventually you will have to resign. Hr is just for namesake, they won't do anything. People with no technical or job skills get promoted just because they used to do bosse's bidding and didn't have any spine to have their own opinion. Company culture is good but sale team higer authorities and hr head spoiler this culture.

Dislikes

All senior officers threaten lower officers with termination of job and get the work done by putting mental pressure on them. Saturday, Sunday weekend but not permitted to leave seniors.
