The quality of working has drastically dropped down. i can mention what i used to like couple of years ago to do justice in answering this question. Origination culture wise is quite open and people are down to earth .
Dislikes
Its a long list
1) in my 8 years career in same vertical i had 9 Reporting Mangers , which had direct implication on my growth
2) Hardly any ZSM from Retail on D2C ever became Retail Head or D2C Head and hardly any RH or D2C head became National Retail Head.
3) Prepaid ZSMs like Atif Rizvi and Prepaid ZBM eg Tarun Kumar Shukla became RH , irrespective both of the had no expertise about retail , which is and was big Challenge to drive business ,
4) As i had 9 RMs , over a period of 8 years , when i thought of growing out of vertical the new Boss wanted me to stay with him
5) Traun Kumar Singh my RM of Bihar & Jhk , compelled me to open FR store when across india this venture was getting closed , he went against National Head Sonali Hooda and force fully created code by overlooking everything and taking deviations, he failed to provide FRSM(on V5) roles as new hire except two or three which not new hire but transfer from OR or prepaid channel and ultimately held me responsible and put me suffocating situation.
6)Tarun took deviation and booked inova insted of Desire and again deviation to get it driven to UPE Kushi Nagar his native , one paper he had travel Siwan , which couldn't go because of some Bihar Band . inova was booked by Tarun so that Study table for his son could be transported in it which could not have accommodated in desire . he stayed in kushi nagar and sent me back to Patna , after two days Holi was there . just after holi , next day he forcefully compelled me come khushi nagar , i took a cab and went there , he while coming back did cosmetic visit to Siwan to justify the trip . inova driver took Rs 1000 from me as extra fuel as inova's diesel had excused , which never paid to me by vendor .
7) my Numbers in postpaid used at least 60% of total B&J combined as bihar used to 2200 to 2500 where as JHK 1700 etc , but rated me badly . jhk did 40% irrespective Mr Tarun use sit there in Ranchi
8) RH or D2C Head has to sit in circle office but he used operate from Jharkhand and rarely visited bihar during Previous CEO , thanks to Anupam sir he increased visit and at the end before shifting took falt in Rajeev nagar to cosmetically prove to system that he is residing in patna . old people in system used to say when he was made ZBM of Begusarai , he had done similar thing to showcase to management and used come to patna daily via Hatidha and Mokama and his family used stay in Kumhrar patna . this gives me dissatisfaction as how can such a manipulative person can survive in system .
8) during bifurcation of territory justice was not to me , neither in retail nor in Broadband, Home passes were done to favor a particular ZSM , neither marketing nor anyone raised , infact he was plotting to frame me in a trap and issue PIP.
9) we lost one very good ORSM Ankita Sudhanshu as he used to ridicule her always
above mention things are just few i could mention , what did not liked as how can a person can so much leverage to manipulate system process and action not taken management .
10) Incentives never went any TSMs and SMs for at least one year . Tarun Singh should be removed from system immediately...Read More
