Till date I got a very good experience in 5 years, Learned about router configuration, switch configuration, 4G device configurations, and many more.

Dislikes

Here we are very much disappointed in circle level as don't have device access remotely, dependent on Provisioning team for any correction and many more.

Initial I had join as a MIS and working and enhance my knowledge, during my job I learn so many withing with my senior and they support and encourage me as a result after one year I became a team lead of sales and distribution , there work environment is so friendly I never feel board ,I love my work.

Dislikes

Work pressure is very high . Everyday,I have to work at least 10 hours straight in a day as I have attend client call at any time.copensation and benifit I very poor.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
