I have no career growth to work longer enough.

Work Details

I work there in a 24x7 schedule. I should be ready anytime for my job. Usually there was 4 to 5 jobs per day. I will be best in analyzing and it takes lesser time to complete my job.Work will be like Troubleshooting the network failures for customer.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
