Bharti Airtel is biggest brand in telecom industry. Working with Bharti Airtel is great honour for me. Although i was new in telecom industry but i never found myself alone as team members were always cooperative. Communication between management and employee is crystal clear.

Dislikes

Nowhere you can feel you are working in private sector. There was no work pressure. Planing & discussion was more and action on field was less. Product training was not upto mark. Motivation for Front runner like field Sales Executives was not satisfactory. Creer growth depends more on your relation to your managers instead of your performance.
