Airtel is a very good telecom company but During the working i get to know that there is no back end support as we require at front line, so many applications for every segment like prepaid, postpaid, pre2post, post2pre, broadband, payment bank and many others, worst CRM application to work and very poor SR/complaint tagging optionsequences. Very confusing help desk chart. Training was good but only products not for systems and operations. Good part is customer oriented and good network and customer faith....Read More
