Poor Commitment and Leadership The company showed a lack of commitment, with a manager who was unresponsive and often resorted to bullying. No Clear Direction or Structure There was no proper process or vision in place. Everything felt chaotic and unorganized, making it hard to focus. High Employee Chrun People were leaving faster than new hires could come on board, creating a lot of instability. Lack of Originality Instead of innovating, the company seemed to copy competitors like Jio and Mi (in digital camera offerings) without understanding user needs. No proper user research was done.
