Very well infrastructure this company and given more opportunity for this company. I was earn every month sip for monthly target.

I was working off role job and i am not get company benefits for this company. I need for this company benefits and not given petrol allowance for this role. Every month I was spent around five thousand in my salary amount. I have complete for one year this company and not get any salary increment for this role.

Key account manager is the wrost postion in airtel , they will treat you like dogs , I tell you list of examples 1. Need to put attandance on time before 9.30 am on given app , after that you need to click an image of urself and post that in your group with time 2. Need to share the location occasionally to the TSM of the terriority 3. Very low package 4. No petrol conveyance 5. No break 6. Need to be on field from 9.30 to 6.30pm 7. No sitting place 8. You won't get even tea or coffee convenience 9. Incentive scheme is very worst 10. Salary will be given after detecting 15% variable 11. No team outing nothing will be there 12.
