Culture is very poor where the typical Indian bossism over rules your efforts, talent and hardwork. Work satisfaction, Self development are the things you should forget about. Be a Yes man who nods to everything to be in the good books of the company.

My work life in Bharat Petroleum is the poorest in my career graph and I didn't want to settle as an average guy in such working culture rather I chose to come out and join pvt sector where talent is reign, supreme and respected.

Company work culture is very toxic and worst. Don't join any BPCL related projects because the organisation never care about their employees and the arrogant of BPCL management employees are very high.

Dislikes

Very very very poor organisation BPCL. Politics are lots off and all the government BPCL employees are uneducated(अनपढ़). They are just Master in passing the paler and eating the commission.

Dislikes

Work-Life Balance is zero there is no fixed time you have to 24/7 in order to achieve targets in sales as well as in engineering too. I prefer if your not permanent then don't stay for longer period there you won't have any skills after getting out in order to get another job.
