This company is a maharatna company and I have learned lot of work. How to work with team members and for doing best in work, work as a team member and motivate the team to grow. In this company all operations is done with automations. Which provides me broad learning. I worked as supervisor at TLF gantry with 5 workers.

Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do? Please some some give best advice?
