Nothing Toxic work culture the PM think they own the company

The PM target people and give false complaint about them and fire them , very toxic work culture not suitable for BE , the shift patten is worst traveling takes 2 hours , the food also sometimes have worm

Hire and Fire policy..Frequent layoffs (Every month sometimes)..Full of politics.your ideas cannot be showcased or implied anywhere .you cannot do beyond your knowledge..you will be suppressed..you should not your head always then only you can grow..No business Development...Lot of facilities and capacity available but no big peojects
