One of the worst company. They offer 7.51 Lakh package. But in 1.5 lakh is totally deduction. Raimaining 6 lakh, in that 6 lakh attendance bonus, gmp bonus etc deduction. Main reason Over time with out benefits , Hr rules and large difference between ctc and take home..because of bus transportation fee , leave policies, if we took 3 leaves they deduct 1500 attendance bonus it's terrible and they don't provide tea for employees during work hours

We had proposed ideas but its useless as management or higher level superiors will not listen Many politics Slow career growth HR is the worst fellow. When I joined i have read such reviews that HR is worst but I thought what we have to do with HR. But I was wrong they are the most important aspect of a company.
