Their HR policies are draconian and are very unfriendly. Timings are too strict that if you fall less for even 1 second in a day, a half day unpaid leave will be deducted. There is no break for refreshments. There will be several deductions from the pay. Food is another worst thing and they don't even provide tea/coffee for the employees. They won't provide proper place for vehicle parking. Mobile phones are not allowed inside the campus and they don't even provide intercom. So if something happens at home, you will come to know only in the evening. Work culture is toxic. They treat employees as if they are sla_es. If a visitor comes, they provide refreshments only to them and employees shall be sitting and watch. They don't even respect the employees. After resignation, relieving from this company is a big achievement. They have every relentless and unreasonable explanation to stop you from relieving and extend the notice period. HR cutting lot of unpaids... duty punch will not save in LMS..... worst HR team no responseble.... Cutting money lot unwanted ... if asked means not response clearly.. main HR team and LMS attendence has to change overall...
