No job security , work culture and atmosphere is very toxic , management is not mature , company policies are procedures keep changing everyday. If any new joinee tries to correct it then he/she gets terminated .

They didn’t help employees during pandemics (corona). In fact they deducted and reduced salary of every single employee for permanent. Work Details

I worked as a manager and there is no professionalism neither the management knows how to run it. They hire employees, take their ideas , use their experience and then they fire them . Work life is a mess .

Lacking in professionalism, too much promising , no process or performance or development , just an annoying management

Dislikes

Threatening employees , not paying the incentives after promising , reduced the salary permanently by 50% of all the new joined employees in COVID-19 , those who didn’t accept the reductions has been terminated

As long as you can bare the annoying and threatening management your life is balanced .
