1. Quick adoption of strategies 2. Period leave only for permanent employees 3. Maternity benifit good for old employees which has been changed. 4. Although hybrid mode of work 2 days wfh, often expected to come to work 4 or all 5 days of the week.

1. Sanitary napkins although free you need to meet the administration staff and collect coupon. 2. No pad insemination system. Lavatory not clean and often needs maintenance. 3. 360 evaluation and one time performance appraisal which is mostly below 10%(4-6%) for non it employees. 4. Often restructuring and layoff of employees. Lowjob security. 5. Purchase of foreign companies which are in losses and increasing the loss of employees by reducing the bonus, appraisal and increment values largely. 6. High ratio of politics. 7. No lunch provided, except some low quality evening snacks which is hardly eaten by the employee group. 8. I liked the Work culture here got the chance to work on the latest technologies. I had spent wonderful 3 years of my life here and also liked the ease of reaching the management here.

Compensation is decent, but the growth in salary is not upto the market standard. The work life balance takes a hit to match the expectation.

The teams you work with is literally the only good aspect of working here. However, with high number of folks leaving the firm, we are not too sure if this will be the same for much longer

No respect for work-life balance. The mantra seems to be squeezing the last drop from every employee. While the team is wonderful, one cannot say the same about the management. The higher management seems to be very disconnected from the reality on the ground and just come up with infeasible plans and timeframes.
