They are not sure what they want to do in the market. Yes they receive funding even in funding winter but they absolutely have no long term vision except for acquiring companies.No job security. They just hire and fire at will. Playing with people’s career.

The teams you work with is literally the only good aspect of working here. However, with high number of folks leaving the firm, we are not too sure if this will be the same for much longer

Dislikes

No respect for work-life balance. The mantra seems to be squeezing the last drop from every employee. While the team is wonderful, one cannot say the same about the management. The higher management seems to be very disconnected from the reality on the ground and just come up with infeasible plans and timeframes. There are no concrete plans around the products and growth.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
