1. Quick adoption of strategies 2. Period leave only for permanent employees 3. Maternity benifit good for old employees which has been changed. 4. Although hybrid mode of work 2 days wfh, often expected to come to work 4 or all 5 days of the week.

Dislikes

1. Sanitary napkins although free you need to meet the administration staff and collect coupon. 2. No pad insemination system. Lavatory not clean and often needs maintenance. 3. 360 evaluation and one time performance appraisal which is mostly below 10%(4-6%) for non it employees. 4. Often restructuring and layoff of employees. Lowjob security. 5<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. Purchase of foreign companies which are in losses and increasing the loss of employees by reducing the bonus, appraisal and increment values largely</mark>. 6. High ratio of politics. 7. No lunch provided, except some low quality evening snacks which is hardly eaten by the employee group. 8. Budget cuts on all engagement activities and no work life balance. 9. Overtime is never paid and compensatory off is never given by managers to employees consultants and contract worker. 10. I liked the Work culture here got the chance to work on the latest technologies. I had spent wonderful 3 years of my life here and also liked the ease of reaching the management here.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but the growth in salary is not upto the market standard. The work life balance takes a hit to match the expectation.

good work environment and culture teammate are supportive and the management is transparent there is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling company policies are good appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every yaar

there is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues salary is decent but career growth is slow there is a bond of 2years before which you cannot resign on the job training is not given to new joinees

the job is quite interesting I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session I learnt everything on the job I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team
