I wish i could say anything positives and likes about the company. Every passing day i just hate Bhavana Mittal and CEO Rohit Kochar for poaching me into this

Dislikes

1.Salary delays 2. Employee Harassment 3. Se***l Harassment with female staff ( lot of s__ual harassment legal cases are there )\ 4. 9:30 am to 3:am in the morning 5. Office space is outdated and no single air circulation system is there. 6. Infact Saturdays and Sunday is basic holiday but you are expected to work 7. No client so norevenue, so burning investors money 8. Delay in processing in FnF and if you hurt their so called EGO no FnF will be not done. 9. If you leave company completing all the process and procedure , still you can expect legal notice from them for not sticking with Bert Labs. 10. You have to serve 3 months notice period whether you just joined, or 15 days old employee..there is no reduction in NP other wise legal notice of 3 month fix pay you will get. 11. The founders don't know business, tech anything, they just know how to shout and scream all the time in office, they treat everyone very badly, would cut you pay even for medical leaves, wont give u leave, and in case u had some emergency and took a leave, he would demote u and cut ur salary....Read More

Rohit Kochar as CEO of an AI company is a bigger joke than Raga as PM candidate or Salman Khan as best driver. He doesn't understand difference between founder and employee. He wants employee to have same dedication as founder but not same ownership in stocks or same importance in decision making. Btw his decision making is another joke. Even though company doesn't have a single paying customer now, employees still have to work 16+hrs a day preparing sales pitches. Literally every department person is a salesperson here and no one wants to do business with them. CGO Bhavana is no different. She looks down on all companies saying that no one takes environment seriously and all. But she herself doesn't understand even a bit about the same. She lacks basic technical aptitude to understand even if else logic, let alone AI. 52% energy saving is too big a claim and actually a false one that Bert Labs has been making publicly. The other false claim is 100Cr revenue during interviews that they speak about. The max revenue they have had in any year so far is less than 50L. But they still keep recruiting people committing 50LPA+ and then don't pay just because they don't have business to afford. Hence they bring false reasons to circle around and give people reasons for salary cut and share buy back without monetary compensation. They don't reimburse your business travel claims either and rather host parties with forced individual contribution. Founders have already lost their shame. A lot of potential clients have pointed that out. One client which was close to be converted retracted back due to Rohit's behaviour. After that Rohit fired the sales guy who set up that call with the client. Totally illogical and lunatic guy. Rohit criticises people for wanting a work life balance. There is this guy Ankit from the HR team who himself is frustrated but never supports an employee because Rohit would fire him if he ever voiced out. My genuine advice is : Even if you're not getting a job right away, please take a career break but don't join this company. It will shatter you mentally, physically and financially. It's any day better to not working that working and not getting paid. A month or two's break will not impact your career as much as working with this company for a month. I Had a constructive conversation with my CEO Mr Rohit Kochar, who took the time to address my challenges without raising his voice even though he was hurdled with too many Personal and Professional works. He assured me of his support in the process of achieving success, which speaks volumes about the leadership culture at Bert Labs.
