Have been working here since 1.5 years, everything is perfect with good learning. People are friendly and treat everyone like family. I am satisfy with what I am doing in Benison, not only because I am working in a good project but also what I am doing has less people with huge demand in market. Salary and appraisal is more than giant company can give.

Dislikes

Its not a dislike, every company do this - If you are not performing good, then after 3-4 month, they will fire you. Company culture should improve, should think about employees as well.

They don’t have any projects and mainly depends on services if you came out of client projects and you don’t have security then.. they can’t assign or find any new projects. Though you are good, and simply ask you to leave the company( these things they will discuss with you in advance).
