BEML gave good opportunity to learn. Lot of talented and skilled folks. Has got good technology and tieup with world class industry leaders. BEML is unique in training the employees. I personally was benifited from its generosity by getting trained from top notch Institutions including abroad. Dislikes

Maybe due to its inherent character of a Public sector company has limitation in recognising talents. Needs a solid scheme to protect the employees from looking for geeener pastures.
