I was posted as LPA, this is a challenging work. We would have to catch all types of mistakes in the organisation and solve the problem properly. I have completed 3 years with good work performance.

The job is quite interesting! I struggled a lot in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to do multiple tasks and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.
