It is good work experience I have been working here from past 10 months and I have improved a lot in communication, decision making, confidence level. In this company working nature is good for all the employees and there is no any partiality in BEL and it is a good work experience I am the lucky person to start my career from BEL in a Pu rchase department.

Work pressure is very high but it helps to handle the pressure situation and our teammates are good and I have learnt a lot from them especially from by boss she is a good person.

I am currently working in Purchase department and i am hadeling 3 projects such as HUMSA NG, USHUS II, HUMSA P17 A. From Purchase requisition to Purchase Order and also follow up for the purchased products these are process will be done by SAP only.

It's a good company..but for apprentice trainee it is not a good company..after completion of training it is difficult to get the job in outside..

Not give the training for trainees..simply give the work..stifund is too low..very hard to get the job in outside after completion of training..

Talking about my work experience in Bharat Electronics Ltd is very satisfying. That it feels very proud as an Indian to work as a trainee in Bel, because no one will get a chance to work in Bel as it is a Defence company and I am proud of my self to work in a Defence based company. And in Bel I like the most is the Discipline, Time management, the security system in and out of the company.
