One of the worst experience through out my career. Bharat Electronics, Panchkula unit is not suitable for Project Engineer who has little bit better past experience. The regular employees always reminds you that you are a contract labour and they talk rudely with the Project Engineer.
Dislikes
The regular employees behaviour. They don't want to see you as a project engineer. The project engineer has same dress code as regular employees, it is also one of the reason that they don't like project engineer. They give you work of operator, they will not give you any kind of project, they will treat you below the rank of helper, casual employees has much better respect than project engineer. Your juniors like trainee engineer or casual employees will never respect you because they know you are a contract engineer and you don't have any power.
