During 1 year in BEL,I have worked as a multitasker and interactive with clients and officers and security was quite awesome,while they are providing healthy atmosphere over in working session.The officers under whoom we have worked over their guiding in correct path and getting proper correspondence from suppliers also.when coming to the salary and working hours,the company is less salary for apprentice and it's about 8 hours per a day ....Read More

Being a Govt. PSU several rules and regulations, because of that there is no quick response/growth. The doesn't provide all privileges for Contract Engineers, even if they have done same work which done by permanent employee. The company doesn't provide any other facilities except fixed pay, I mean no PF, no medical benefits, no insurance, no bonus for Contract Engineers</mark>....Read More

The company mainly involved in production of different defense equipment. I have involved in Designing, Testing/Troubleshooting of varies modules/LRU's. Being an Armed forces are the company customer I have visited user remote/sensitive locations.
