Salary is good. Field work (Occassional).

Dislikes

No Training. Toxic Work Culture. Project Engineer on field is led by another Frustrates Project Engineer at Office. No Skill Developement. No Career Safety. 2 or 3 years will be thrown away. No Appreciation even by a phone call from Leaders. Hated every minute working in such a toxic company.

Poor management, Benefits deteriorating due to cost cutting, Projects taken on too low cost and then forcing employees to work within that budget by working on sundays(sunday is the only day employees get in 6 days working company), and extending work hours.

Feeling confused, I have almost 7.5 years of experience in contract with BEL
I have almost 7.5 years of experience in contract with BEL in-hand 55,000 p.m. and my contract was completed last month. The experience I got in my period was only post sales/ customer support only and my project was an monopoly work as company is a PSU no other company is doing that project or work so I can switch company. Feeling depressed and helpless. Any guidance/ suggestions will be welcoming.
