A very good company to enhance skills like SAP which a paid course in a society. Food, quarters, hospital benefits are additional to everyone. Package wise it is very less for a trainee and more for the above permanent roles.

Dislikes

Low package for trainee and carrier growth is very low in terms of climbing the ladder.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion.
