Only one things and is not paying over time, reason is that it's not developing you to work under higher pressure and it's stable your skills

Organisation have many years of experience in the industry Wfh is provided in case of emergencies Travel and food is provided & helpfull to people who live away from home Average work life balance

Organisation have experience & so politics is at the peak. Appraisal & promotion is given to the fav person only. No appreciation for hard work. R&R is given to one group of people only. People asking for wfh who live too far from home not given wfh & people in the city are given. Travel facility is a myth, they give less salary a nd provide travel. Food is pathetic, many complains made for food but no action. Poor resource management by managers. Promotion is not on the basis of potential. Lack of diversity Sometimes I also faced racism because I am not from Gujrat Low salary No other perquisites Only gujrati's get promotion HR will brag that the company provides lunch, but believe me that lunch is very bad in taste as well as very much unhealthy. Rudeness towards people from states other than gujrat.
